Hot Pearl works as an apartment agent. She looks after the flats that she gives to rent. She visits one of the flats and slowly checks every room of it. She notices the strange scent that makes her think about a sex party. She tells the dude, who rents the flat, that she is not satisfied with the flat's condition and he needs to pay the fine. Hot Pearl tries to reach the lawyer on the phone, but he doesn't pick up. Finally, she tells the tenant that payment in kind would also satisfy her. The dude has nothing to do but to please the apartment agent and give her a massive cumload as a bonus.
