It is cultural. The Italians and Hispanic cultures is a more male orientated society, with all its advantages and disadvantages, and part of that is an acceptance by females that they are to please their men. It is similar to many Asian societies where the females, regardless of age, have a similar sexual attitude and compliance to male desires as the luscious, Italian females. As for Cicciolina, I think she was Hungarian, but being in Italy she conformed to Italian norms. As the saying goes, "When in Rome do as the Romans do" - and being in Italy Cicciolina did as the Italians did, and still do.
